Daily Report 06/11/2017
Hi....
Back to kitchen again.
And this time for us to make a bread from sour dough that has been made from last week. I decided to made toast bread with sourdough for naturals yeast of course, and proving it. But we has no time ( because I must to wait for 4 hours after feed sourdough and use it ) to continued the processed so we will bake the bread tomorrow.
At the same time we prepared to made Tape or Tapai is fermented black sticky rice. And it's so yummy..
