Daily Report 09/11/2017
hello guys..
This week we're still busy because so many things that we must finish it on the time. And become most wrought up week.
Alright this time I'm focusing to made Tape and Pia. My Tape that has been made on Monday was fail. So I decided to made it again, but this time I tried to carefully, I tried to used all tools as clean as possible, and I think yesterday my mistake was I started the fermentation at the wrong time. I must fermentation the steamed black sticky rice in no warm or hot atmosphere.
While made Tape, I started prepared Pia, and the result is very nice..
