Daily Report 08/11/2017

Heloo there,

This week, we're really busy because we need to finish a few job, every person has their own job such as make baguette bread, finish Tape, make bolu kukus, make Pia, and manymore. But this time, on Wednesday we decided to finish Pia and bolu kukus.

I prepared made bolu kukus used Pipi's recipe, then after we showed to Mr. ical for the result, Mr. Ical wanted it more bloom than we did. So we tried to chance the water to soda water and try mixed the ingredients a little longer,, then yeyy  we success made the perfect bloom for bolu kukus.

Anyway bolu kukus are traditional dessert and actually little bit look like muffin but this food more soft.

Besides that I'm helping Dewi to made Japanese sponge cake as many as 20 pcs, for cake decoration event. So today I have no time to made Pia and will continue for tomorrow.
