Hello guyss,
This is practical week, soo times to share you about my daily activity in the kitchen.
Alright, today we decided to made croissant and danish, and my friends of the group are Usman, Iskandar and Maicye, Then we started to made and measured the ingredients and here for the recipe :
Croissant
Flour 250 gr
Egg 1/4 pcs
Yeast 10 gr
Sugar 22 gr
Salt 4 gr
Water as needed
and you must need croissant fat 150 gr
Then we mix all ingredients then single fold for there times.
And this for the result :
