Heloo guys, as usual I will share you my daily activities in the kitchen laboratory. And lets start..
At 8 am I came to kitchen and we start the day with listen our friend for telling something in English, then our lecturer tell us to make pie dough and sugar dough as perfectly so we start product with each of our friend and I start to make sugar dough. And this for the recipe :

Sugar Dough

Margarine                  900 gr
Eggs                                 3 pcs
Icing Sugar                 525 gr
Soft Flour                   1500 gr

How to make :
1.  Mix margarine and Icing sugar with rub in method.
2.  Then add eggs, mix it well (not too long time)
3.  Pour the flour, and mix well..
4.  Keep in refrigerator, then ready to use.

Then we start to make pie dough, and here for the recipe  :

Pie Dough 


Margarine                       80 gr
Salt                                    1/2 sdt 
Water                                3 sdm 

All purpose flour            120 gr 

After we finish the product, time to our lecturer see and judge our product.. because most of us not have good product just like my lecturer want, so we are punished to run around the park again, but that so fun, and very tired.. hahahahah but I'm enjoy it.
After that, is time to lunch together... Yeeeyyy...
