Today at kitchen laboratory, our lecturer tell us to make French baguettes bread and white toast bread for remind and repeat what we have done in 1 semester. That intend for train and to hone our skill for basic of bakery. We must be 2 person for one group, and I'm with my friend Gietha Ramadhani.

And as usual lecturer point us to cook (whatever we want to cook). And this time, is Aulia's turn maybe because today she's birthday.. Alright, Happy Birthday to my friend Aulia Pradina Putri..

Then me and Gie started to made french baguettes bread and prepared it, and here for the recipe :

French Bread

Flour                             500 gr
Yeast                             10 gr
Salt                                1 sdt
Bread Improver            5 gr
Water                            500 ml

How to make :

1.  Mix all dry ingredients, than pour water little by little.
2.  mix it well about 15 minutes for manual ways.
3.  then placed dough in a bowl, turning to coat all sides.
4.  then proving it around 30 minutes
5.  punch down dough, and roll into 16x12 inch rectangle.
6.  then, cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 to 40 minutes, or until doubled in bulk.
7.  preheat oven to 375 degrees F ( 190 degrees C) 
8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.

 After finish french bread, we next to toast bread :


White Toast Bread

Hard Flour                    1000 gr
Sugar                                30 gr
Yeast                                   1 gr      
Salt                                   20 gr
Improver                          10 gr
Milk powder                    30 gr
Butter                               50 gr
Ice water                        600 gr

How to make :

1.  Mix all dry ingredients, than pour water little by little.
2.  mix it well about 15 minutes for manual ways.
3.  then placed dough in a bowl, turning to coat all sides.
4.  then proving it around 30 minutes
5.  punch down dough, and Mould as a long loaf. Place the dough pieces into toast baking            tins
6.  Approx. 60-70 minutes
7.  preheat 230 degrees C 
8. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.

After this we get to the class room and our lecturer explain us about how to fix our blog, then we next to clean the work area..
