Daily Report

Today, we started the day with Mrs. Intan to tell her story, then Mr. Faisal Akbar is instructing and explain to us what should we do next. Btw, tomorrow the guest from many country will come and we must to make a Indonesian food in front of them and allow to learn about our traditional food.. Today we prepared the menu is :

INDONESIAN FOOD

JALANGKOTE

BOLUPECA

Me and my friend are prepared Bolupeca  for tomorrow, the recipe is :

Bolupeca

Flour                   100 gr

Rice flour            100 gr

Eggs                    10 pcs

Ovalet                 as needed

Sugar                  as needed

How to make :

1. Roast rice flour and flour into one in tray about 10 minutes.

2. Mix eggs, sugar and ovalet with max. speed until expand. About 15 minutes.

3. Then pour the flours little by little into eggs mixed.

4. Pour into mold and steam until cooked.

5. Spread with palm sugar melted and ready to serve.

After that, we started to do our assigment.
