Hi guys, today I'm gonna share things I've done in my kitchen laboratory. First, we came at 08 am and my lecturer Mr. Faisal Akbar directing us for what should we do next, and he elect my friend Ahmad Yani to showing us how to make a Puff, because he already learned make a puff with Mr Edd before. Then we divide the group into 2 person for 1 group. So Aya started to showed us how to make Puff. After that, its time to us to make it, so I'm Started to scale all of ingredient and to make it..
This is the recipe for Puff Pastry :
Puff Pastry
Flour 500 gr
Fat 400 gr
Water 325 gr
Salt 1 pinch
How to make :
1. First, mix flour, salt and fat with rub in method.
2. Add water little by little and still rub.
3. Then spill the dough on the table and shape the dough into square.
4. Then, for the first step, roll the dough still into square, after that fold that (first fold), then rolling again and fold until 3 times, then put in chiller around 20 minutes
5. For the second and third times do it again just like first step.
6. Finally, you can shape your puff according to your taste. And ready to bake.
After we finish made the puff, we take a break and cleaning the kitchen as always.
